We offer safety audits for conveyors, preventive maintenance reports, repairs, and installation.
This includes MDR, interlock belts, Live roller, Accumulation conveyor, and Pallet Conveyor.
Preventive Maintenance Plans
Here at Conveyor Tek we examine the entire length of the conveyor one section at a time to detect any defects or concerns. We also check the structure for signs of damage or loose hardware. Specific areas to inspect include the bearings and bearing mounting bolts. We also inspect the head and tail pulley and the set screws & mounting hardware. We then replace missing hardware and repair damage before resuming conveyor operation. A Preventive Maintenance Report is completed when the inspection has concluded with pictures.
